Radiothon, Celebrity Comedian Festival, Online Auction to Benefit Bob Hope USO & America's Troops

More than a dozen celebrity comedians are set to support the men, women and families of U.S. Armed Forces during the Radiothon, Online Auction and Comedy Festival for America’s Troops July 3-4 benefiting Bob Hope USO. The event is chaired and hosted by K-EARTH Radio’s Gary Bryan, with support from Laugh Factory owner Jamie Masada and entertainment industry leader Jimmy Honore.

The event includes live broadcasts on #1-rated K-EARTH & laughfactory.com July 3 from Laugh Factory Hollywood from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. featuring a special live comedy show with over a dozen top comedians such as Paul Rodriguez, Richard Lewis, Tom Arnold, Whitney Cummings and Jon Lovitz as well as surprise celebrity guests, and from the Huntington Beach Independence Day Parade July 4. A key element of the fundraiser is a world-wide online auction of entertainment and sports-related items conducted by Julien’s Auctions of Beverly Hills. The auction underway now at julienslive.com runs through July 14.

Event proceeds benefit the Bob Hope USO, covering the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino and Riverside. The event will make a huge difference for more than 130,000 troops each year at Bob Hope USO centers at Los Angeles, Ontario and Palm Springs International Airports, and soon, at John Wayne International Airport in Orange County. The USO provides a home away from home for our troops and keeps them connected to the families they left behind. The USO also supports families of the fallen and helps our service members to transition back into civilian life. Our troops and their families and their families need us now more than ever.
