The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has opened the eastbound San Bernardino Freeway, I-10, Baldwin Park Boulevard on-ramp.
The ramp was closed as part of the High Occupancy Vehicle lane construction project.
Caltrans reminded the public that it will continue closing the portion of the San Bernardino Freeway (I-10) in Baldwin Park to January 31st.
Continuing Long Term Closures include the Bess Avenue Pedestrian Overcrossing and full closure of Bess Avenue pedestrian overcrossing through spring, 2013.
