Just in case you are not familiar with Pozole, this is a traditional pre-Columbian soup or stew from Mexico. A meaty broth studded with hominy and vegetables, with an earthy flavor from chiles.

"Let's kick off the start of the new year with old friends and new. See you there!" said the invitation in their official Facebook page.

According to their official website, L.U.C.H.A Foundation was established to create higher education opportunities for motivated, resilient, low income, and first generation college bound youth without preference or consideration of ethnicity, race, religion, and academic performance.

With LUCHA’s support these youth will continue to pursue their dreams of completing a post-secondary education on their way to a successful career.
