13 Arrested and 50 Impounds During Checkpoint in Baldwin Park

A total of thirteen people were arrested last Friday July 5, during a DUI enforcement detail in Baldwin Park, with three arrests made for DUI (driving under the influence). 

According to Lt. David Reynoso, the other 10 arrests were made for various criminal felonies o misdemeanors.

At least 50 vehicles were impounded during the checkpoint.

According to a Police statement 32 cars were impounded only for one day and at least 18 vehicles were impounded for a 30 day period.  

At total of 76 traffic tickets were issued. Eighteen were for driving on a suspended license and 58 for driving without a license.
