Foothill Transit will offer free rides on all bus lines Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve between 9 p.m. and 2 a.m.
“We want everyone to have a truly joyful season,” Executive Board Chair Patricia Wallach said. “And there are safer alternatives available should you need them. We want you celebrating year after year, so let us do the driving.”

Metro will also offer free rides from 9 p.m. December 24 until 2 a.m. December 25 Metro will be offering free rides on all Metro buses and trains.
On Christmas Day, December 25, all Metro buses and trains will be running on Sunday/Holiday schedules. Please refer to individual timetables for exact schedules and days of operation.
