Where Were You When the Towers Fell on 9/11?

Many people probably have a good story about where they were, what they were doing and even how they found out about the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. What's your story?

It's been 11 years on Tuesday since 19 al Qeada militants hijacked four planes and crashed two of them into New York's World Trade Center twin towers, killing nearly 3,000 people.

Many people remember where they were, what they were doing and how they heard the news on Sept. 11, 2001.

I was in Marine Corps boot camp on Sept. 11, 2001 with graduation on the 14th. My platoon was standing in line at the barber shop to get haircuts and the TV's had the news on. Normally they would leave the TV's on and the drill instructors would yell at recruits who looked at them. You were supposed to look at the back of the person's head in front of you. That day, the drill instructors left us alone and we watched.
