Friends Identify Victim in Motorcycle Accident

According to the driver's brother, Juan Lupian was the person killed in the accident.

Although he hasn't been officially identified by Police, friends of the teenager who died in a motorcycle accident  indicated that the man was Juan Lupian, a former student at Sierra Vista High School.

According to a friend of Lupian's, Danny Adame, Lupian and his brother, Johnatan Maldonado, were riding on a Yamaha R-6 that crashed against a vehicle that was pulling out of a driveway.

The motorcycle hit the side of the car, causing both the driver and passenger to be launched in the air.

Lupian died at the hospital due to his injuries, and Maldonado suffered a fractured tibia and broken femur, as well as injuries on his arm and hip.

"He doesn't know yet, he is unconscious", said Adame. "It is a tragedy, Juan was a great friend, a very humble person, we are going to miss him", he added.

According to Lupian's Facebook page, he was going to graduate from Citrus College in 2013.

My condolonces to the Lupian family. Our family has known Juan's father for many years and to hear this is like losing a family member. They were such wonderful people. Jerry loved his family and always talked about them all. I pray that Jerry, his wife and the rest of the family may be comforted and feel loved as I see so many people who do love them posting here. May God Bless all of you. My family will be praying for you all.
