There were 28 crimes reported last week in Baldwin Park and nearby unincorporated county areas, according to data from the Crimereports.com website, which the Baldwin Park Police Department uses to log crimes.
That compares to 33 crimes in the same area last week. As with last week, theft was the most common type of crime.
The crime break-down, from Monday September 23 to Sunday September 29, was:
- 5 reported assaults
- 3 cases of breaking and entering
- 1 robbery
- 10 theft cases
- 4 cases of theft from vehicle
- 5 stolen cars
