UPDATED: Cyclist Injured After Collision With Car On Ramona Blvd.

Cyclist impacted the car's windshield while traveling in the opposite direction through the busy road.

UPDATED: 3:45 p.m. A man was seriously injured after crashing his bicycle against the windshield of a car on Monday afternoon, while traveling on Ramona Blvd. in Baldwin Park.

According to Lt. David Reynoso, spokesperson for the Baldwin Park Police Department, the victim was traveling in the opposite direction from traffic around 1:03 p.m. on Monday.

Close to the intersection with Baldwin Park Blvd., the man impacted a grey Honda, hitting its windshield with force.

The cyclist suffered lacerations on his shoulder and cuts to his face. He was transported to a hospital in stable condition.
