The victim's 2006 Toyota was headed north on Jackson when it was
broadsided by a 2001 GMC pickup truck going an estimated 80 miles per hour,

The GMC truck was driven by Juan C. Salinas-Reyes, 38, also of Azusa. Both vehicles sustained major damage.

manslaughter while under the influence of alcohol with gross negligence and
driving with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 percent or greater causing

as a result of the downed power lines.
