Man Robbed by Five "Cholo-Type" Suspects in Baldwin Park
This is the second robbery reported in a 5 hour period and the third this month.
The Baldwin Park Police Department report that a man standing near a convenience store on Los Angeles Street was robbed this morning by a group of men that "he described as five or six cholo-type suspects."
The incident was the second robbery reported in a 5 hour period and the third robbery reported this month in the city.
According to Sgt. Mark Harvey of the Baldwin Park Police, the robbery was reported around 12:45 a.m. at the Circle K convenience store at the 13000 block of Los Angeles Street.

The five or six suspects made gang-related statements before taking the man's wallet. Police said they did not use any weapons.
The second robbery ocurred about 7:40 p.m. Wednesday in the parking lot of the at the 13000 block of Francisquito Avenue.

A man was robbed of his 2008 Nissan Frontier by two suspects, which police described as one woman in her late 20s and man in his late 30s. The man had a tattoo in is forearms reading, "eastside."
Authorities said the car was found later near Cosbey Street.
Earlier this month a person was also robbed at 14500 Block of Baldwin Park Towne Center Drive.
