A man wounded in walk-up shooting while in the driveway of a West Valinda home -- Baldwin Park -- was hospitalized Sunday in grave condition, authorities said.
The shooting was reported about 10 p.m. Saturday in the 1300 block of Evanwood Avenue, Los Angeles sheriff’s Deputy Lillian Peck wrote in a news release.
Two vehicles pulled up and someone got out of one vehicle and fired multiple rounds, authorities said.
All suspects and vehicles then left the scene, Peck wrote.
The victim was not expected to survive, officials said.
