At least two failed homicide attempts took place in Baldwin Park this week but victims survived the attacks, informed the .
The first incident happened on June 1 on the corner of Dundry Ave. and Central St., just one block away from
A man was the target of a shooting but survived the attack. At least six bullet casings were found by police officers who responded to the scene. The victim was not hit.
The second incident took place on Tuesday, June 5, on the 13000 block of Francisquito Avenue.
A man was stabbed in the neck several times around 1 a.m. The victim was transported to a hospital. His condition is unknown.
According to the Baldwin Park Police registry sent to the CrimeReports.com database, there were also 48 other incidents reported.
Among them was an armed assault on June 7, on the 1000 block of Baldwin Park Blvd., and two sexual assaults, one on the 1700 block of Puente Ave. and another at 13900 Foster Ave.
