With rain and scattered thunderstorms predicted to last throughout the day and into the evening, officials from the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department are warning drivers to slow down.
"Please slow down. The traffic collision you prevent may be your own," officials said in a statement.
According to reports, today's weather is scheduled to reach highs around 60 degrees and the thunderstorms may even produce small hail.
