South El Monte Teen Missing

Elizabeth Perez, a 15-year-old, suffers from a medical condition that requires her to take medication frequently.

SOUTH EL MONTE (CNS) Police today circulated a photo of a 15-year-old South El Monte girl who did not return home when expected and requires medication for an unspecified medical condition.

Elizabeth Perez's condition "requires her to take medication frequently,'' said Detective Brian Espinosa of the sheriff's Temple Station.

She left her home in the 10400 block of Weaver Street about 9:30 this morning, Espinosa said.

The teen is Hispanic and 5 feet 2 inches tall, with black hair, brown eyes and a scar on her left wrist. She was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black pajama pants and black shoes.

7171, or Crime Stoppers, (800) 222-TIPS.
