UPDATED: Suspect Arrested in Baldwin Park After Police Chase

West Covina Police started the chase after responding to a call for a possible burglary.

One person was arrested Monday afternoon in Baldwin Park after hiding in a house on Nubia St., at the end of a police chase that started in West Covina.

According to Sgt. David Patton of the West Covina Police Department, agents responded to a call about a possible home burglary in that city around 1:30 p.m.

When agents arrived at the scene, the suspect tried to escape from Police, starting a chase, Patton said.

The suspect stopped in the 13800 block of Nubia St. and he hid inside a house in that area.

After several minutes, the suspect was arrested. Police have not given any more information or the suspect's identity.
