The Baldwin Park City Council had a heated discussion on Wednesday night, which led some council members to raise their voices and accuse other fellow members of being disrespectful.
The discussion started after several members of the police union came to the meeting to express their concern about the "lack of transparency" in the current process of a possible contract with the County Sheriff.
