BALDWIN PARK (CNS) - A non-injury truck crash shut down the transition road from the westbound San Bernardino (10) Freeway to the southbound San Gabriel River (605) Freeway during rush hour Tuesday.
The crash reported shortly before 6 p.m. left CHP Officer Christian Cracraft said.

"There was only one vehicle, the truck, involved in the accident,'' Cracraft said. "It looks like the driver tried to take the turn too fast.''
A SigAlert was declared by the CHP at 6:12 p.m. and extended until at least 10:30 p.m., according to the CHP.

About 10 gallons of diesel fuel was spilled in the crash, according to the CHP.
As of 7:30 p.m. authorities were still trying to get the truck upright.
The crash remains under investigation by the CHP.
