The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) announced Thursday that will close the eastbound San Bernardino Freeway (I-10) Baldwin Park Boulevard on-ramp, from Sunday, June 3 through August, 2012.
The closure is part of the High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV or carpool) lane construction project.
"Motorists attempting to access I-10 will experience delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes", said Caltrans in a statement.
The westbound I-10 Frazier Street on-ramp, closed for construction since May 2012, will remain closed until September 1, 2012.
Detour signs will be posted.
Take note that the Baldwin Park Boulevard South on-ramp is now open.
