VIDEO: Immigration Forum Helped Hundreds in Baldwin Park
Congresswomen, CHIRLA and others held an Immigration Forum This Saturday to inform and assist immigrant families and individuals facing deportation.
An immigration community forum to inform and assist immigrant families and individuals facing deportation was held in the Auditorium on Saturday.
Organizers invited immigrants facing deportation or their relatives to obtain key information that may help bolster their case and prevent the separation of families.
The event was hosted by Congresswomen Judy Chu (D-32), Grace Napolitano (D-38), the Los Angeles Family Unity Commission, Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles (CHIRLA) and the National Immigration Law Center (NILC), among others.
