Mayor Manuel Lozano presented a state of the city address to residents of Baldwin Park last Friday March 1st. at the Performing Arts Center.
The mayor highlighted the financial situation of the city, which ended 2012 with a $5.1 million general fund cash balance, which represent a decrease of $ 388,798 as compared to the previous fiscal year.
According to official documents the city has been able to mantain its general fund cash balance around $ 5 million in the last four years.
