Out of State College Fair to be Held in Baldwin Park

Students, parents, teachers, and school counselors are invited today to join MAPS 4 College and the City of Baldwin Park for the 2nd annual Out of State College.

Considering colleges out of the state will be the focus of the event.

There will be over 40 different college and university representatives who will share with students and parents, what it takes to get to into their institution.

There will also be 4 valuable presentations: "Creating options in your College Search: Why Consider Out of State", "Funding your Education: Financial Aid, Scholarships, and More", "How to Make Yourself Stand Out in the College Application Process" and "Conducting a Successful College Search, What Colleges Consider in An Applicant."

This event is greared for middle school to high school students as well as community college transfer students. If you plan to attend, please RSVP to mapscollegefair@gmail.com. Don't miss this local opportunity to meet with recognized out of state colleges and universities.
