Summer Concerts Start Thursday in Baldwin Park

Starting at 6 p.m., residents and visitors can enjoy a free outdoor concert and various dishes offered by "Tasty Thursdays."

Summer is here and, along with the heat, the opportunity has arrived for residents of Baldwin Park to gather in Morgan Park to enjoy the first of a series of .

And if the musical performances aren't enough, various food options will be available to the public at "Tasty Thursdays," a food truck vendor event.

This Thursday, June 14, ALB Top 40, a band that covers different genres of music, will start the concert series.

This year's musicians also include Tito Puente Jr., son of legendary Puerto Rican Salsa musician Tito Puente.

There will also be other bands performing Salsa, tropical music, Latin rock and even tribute bands playing songs by artists such as Carlos Santana, Led Zeppelin and No Doubt.

Thursday, June 28: No Duh (No Doubt tribute band)

Thursday, July 12: Savor (Carlos Santana tribute band)

Thursday, July 19: Led Zepagain (Led Zeppelin tribute band)

Thursday, July 26: Malo (Latin Rock)

Thursday, August 2: Bombachante (Salsa)

Thursday, August 9: Tito Puente Jr. and His Orchestra (Salsa)
