City of Baldwin Park Community Development Department

The City of Baldwin Park Community Development Department, located within city hall in central Baldwin Park, has several functions. The department has a hand in urban planning, and helps guide the commercial and residential development of the neighborhoods that make up the city. The department also is responsible for enforcing building and housing codes.
